A few things that get answered faster

Your birth details, or having them removed

Write from the address on the account, and say what you would like removed. We do not need your birth details in the message to act on it — please do not send them. What we hold and how it is handled is set out in our privacy policy.

A city that reads wrong

Tell us the city and roughly which line you expected. Distances are measured as real ground rather than in longitude, which reads tighter than some older software at high latitude — how we read a place explains the difference, and it accounts for most reports.

Billing, refunds, and cancelling

Subscriptions bought inside the app are held by Apple or Google, so cancellations and refunds go through your App Store or Play Store account — we cannot reverse a charge we never took. Anything they will not resolve, bring to us and we will help. The terms set out what each plan includes.
