The agreement, in plain words.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between you and Neutron LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”), and they cover LocalAstro — this website and our mobile apps. By using either, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

2. What this is, and what it is not

3. Using the service

You need to be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. Keep your account details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Please do not:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the readings, the city pages, or the map data;
• resell or redistribute what the service produces as though it were your own;
• try to break, overload, or work around the limits on the service, or access somebody else’s account;
• use the service where doing so would break the law where you are.

4. Accounts, and the free part

A great deal works without an account: the reading on the home page, your chart, and several city readings. If you make one, we hold it as described in our privacy policy. You can delete it whenever you like, and we delete it when you do.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans unlock more of the same thing — every line rather than a few, unlimited city readings, longer-range planning. What is included is listed at the point of purchase, and that listing describes what exists today. We do not sell anything that is not built yet.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Passes cover a fixed stretch of time and do not renew. You may buy another whenever you want one.
• Documents you generate — a saved dossier, for example — remain yours to download after a subscription lapses. They do not expire with the plan.

6. Payment, cancelling, and refunds

Bought inside the app, your purchase is handled by Apple or Google, and their terms and refund rules apply. Cancel or request a refund through your App Store or Play Store account — we cannot reverse a charge we never took. Bought on the web, payment is handled by Stripe and you can cancel from your account.

If you have a statutory right to withdraw or to a refund where you live, this section does not take it away. And if a store will not resolve something that is genuinely our fault, tell us — we would rather fix it than win it.

Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

7. What belongs to whom

The site, the apps, the illustrations, and the forty written readings are ours, and are licensed to you for your own personal use — not for redistribution. Your birth details, the places you save, and the plans you build stay yours; you give us only the permission needed to run the service for you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service up and accurate, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or retire parts of it. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will tell you and put it right.

9. Where our responsibility ends

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision you took in reliance on a reading — including moving, signing a lease, or timing a launch. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Ending it

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents us. Sections 7, 9, and 11 survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We update this page when the service changes, and move the date at the top. A change that materially affects you gets told to you directly. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
